EUROPEAN AP SCHOOLS SUMMIT | APRIL 24,2026 | Strahov Monastery, Prague

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

We are delighted to invite you to the long-awaited European AP Schools Summit, a founding gathering dedicated to networking, inspiration, leadership, and academic excellence, taking place on April 24, 2026, in the beautiful historic setting of the Strahov Monastery in Prague.

This summit brings together school leaders, AP coordinators, and educators from across Europe for the first Europe-wide meeting of the European Association of AP Schools (EAAPS).

In addition to opening remarks from the founding members of the Association, participants can look forward to keynote contributions from distinguished international leaders in education, including Frederico Silva (Netherlands), Head of Higher Education Services at the Council of International Schools; Paul Sanders, Director of the International College Board (USA); and Denise Lamarche from St. Michaels University School (Canada), along with other inspiring speakers.

The summit is designed as a collaborative space for shared vision, practical exchange, and collective leadership, connecting professionals who are committed to advancing academic excellence and expanding opportunities for AP students across Europe.

The summit will also host the inaugural EAAPS Board meeting, offering a unique opportunity to help shape the future direction and leadership of EAAPS at a European level. You and your school are welcome to join!

Participation in the summit is free of charge, including refreshments throughout the day and a unique boat trip on the Vltava River. Please note that the networking dinner will require a separate ticket.

Registration, program, and details are now available at this link: EUROPEAN AP SCHOOLS SUMMIT REGISTRATION, Prague, April 24 – Fill out form

Please note that capacity is limited to 200 participants, so early registration is recommended. You will find the event flyer attached for more details.

The event is preceded by the AP Symposium on April 23, 2026, focused on AP recognition at universities, organized jointly by the College Board USA, the Center for Talented Minds Prague, and Sunny Canadian International School.

We would be honored if you joined us for this milestone event (or both events), became part of the founding conversation, and enjoyed your well-deserved spring break, full of inspiration among educators who understand the importance of collaboration and are committed to advancing their schools and the European community of AP schools in general.
